Adam Cabibi

Mr. Cabibi has extensive transactional and structuring experience across all industries, having successfully funded over 200 companies both public and private, as well as being a principal investor in over 50 companies. Prior to joining Ladenburg Thalmann, he was Managing Director & Head of Banking at Carter Terry & Company. Previously he served as Managing Director & Head of Investment Banking at Midsouth Capital. He was also Founder of Icon Capital Partners LP, a fund dedicated to PIPEs and micro-cap investments, Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, Managing Director at Bear Stearns, and Director at Marshall & Company. Mr. Cabibi earned his bachelor's degree in finance from Georgia State University.
