Mark Green

Mr. Green has over 20 years of experience in executing successful capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, and financial advisory assignments for private and public technology companies. Prior to joining Ladenburg Thalmann, he was Founder of Green Capital Group, Inc. Previously he served as Managing Director of Loewen, Ondaatje, McCutheon, Managing Director & Head of Investment Banking at Merriman Capital, Managing Director and Head of Israel Investment Banking at Collins Stewart and C.E. Unterberg, Towbin, Managing Director at Second Source Financial Group and Vice President, Israel Investment Banking, Citigroup. Mr. Green holds an M.B.A. from the University of Bath School of Management and a bachelor's degree from the University of Westminster.
