Peraso Inc. (NASDAQ:PRSO) ("Peraso" or the "Company") announced the closing of its underwritten public offering of common stock, pre-funded warrants, Series A warrants and Series B warrants for gross proceeds of approximately $4.172 million including partial exercise of the underwriter's over-allotment option to purchase additional shares of common stock, Series A warrants and Series B warrants (the "Offering").
Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. acted as the sole book-running manager for the Offering.
